2. Discussion of Symptoms and Goals: The provider will ask the patient to elaborate on their current symptoms and ongoing health challenges, as well as their specific goals for seeking care.

3. Functional Medicine Plan: The healthcare provider will outline a personalized functional medicine plan, including:

   • Laboratory Testing: The provider may recommend specific lab tests to help identify underlying causes of symptoms and gather more detailed health data.
