OptiFiber® Lean contains Shimizu Propol® A propolmannan, a highly pure, natural soluble fiber derived from Amorphophallus konjac. This fiber is processed using proprietary techniques to create Propol A. Studies have shown that Propol A has beneficial effects on satiety, weight management, glucose and lipid metabolism, as well as supporting regular bowel movements due to its unique viscosity and stability throughout the digestive tract.

Take three to six capsules once per day, or take three capsules 30 to 60 minutes before each of your two biggest meals, or use as directed by your healthcare professional.
