Affiliate Marketing Program Description:

Welcome to the Holistic Horizon School of Complementary and Alternative Medicine Affiliate Marketing Program! Our program offers students the opportunity to earn passive income by promoting our courses to others who are interested in holistic health and wellness. As an affiliate, you will receive a generous commission for every course purchase made through your unique affiliate link.

Program Policy:

1. Eligibility: To participate in our affiliate marketing program, applicants must be at least 18 years old and have successfully completed at least 1 course at the Holistic Horizon School of Complementary and Alternative Medicine.

2. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a 40% commission on the total cost of each course purchased by a student referred through their affiliate link. Affiliates will earn a 60% commission on the total cost of each 3-course bundle purchased by a student referred through their affiliate link.

3. Payment Terms:

   • Payments to affiliates will be made on a monthly basis, and disbursed on the last day of each month.

   • Affiliates will receive payments via PayPal.

4. Payment Method: Affiliates will receive payments via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to ensure timely and accurate payments.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold:

   • There will be a minimum payout threshold set for affiliates to receive payments. This threshold is $200, and affiliates must exceed this threshold to qualify for payment.

   • If the affiliate's earnings do not meet the minimum payout threshold, the balance will be carried over to the next payment period until the threshold is reached.

6. Currency and Exchange Rates: All payments will be made in USD. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate variances will be borne by the affiliate.

7. Payment Disputes:

   • In case of any discrepancies or disputes regarding payments, affiliates must notify the company within 7 days of the payment date.

   • The company will investigate the issue promptly and resolve it in good faith. However, the decision of the company will be final.

8. Tax Responsibilities: Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes associated with the payments received. The company will not withhold taxes from affiliate payments.

9. Fraudulent Activity: Any affiliate found engaging in fraudulent activities will have their affiliate account terminated, and pending payments forfeited.

10. Payment Processing Fees: The company reserves the right to deduct payment processing fees from affiliate payments, if applicable.

11. Modifications to Payment Policy:

    • The company reserves the right to modify the payment policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

    • Continued participation in the affiliate program after the implementation of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified payment policy.

12. Use of Affiliate Link: Affiliates are required to use their unique affiliate link when promoting Holistic Horizon School of Complementary and Alternative Medicine courses. This link will track purchases made by referred students and ensure that affiliates receive proper credit for their referrals.

13. Discount Offer: Affiliates may offer a 10% discount off a 3-course bundle to students who purchase using their affiliate link. This discount can be applied at checkout and serves as an incentive for students to purchase multiple courses.

14. Marketing Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote our courses in a professional and ethical manner. This includes accurately representing the benefits of our courses and adhering to all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising and marketing practices.

15. No Self-Referrals: Affiliates are not permitted to purchase courses through their own affiliate link in order to receive a commission. This practice is considered fraudulent and may result in termination from the affiliate program.

16. Termination for Inactivity: If an affiliate has not generated any sales for a period of 4 consecutive months, their affiliate agreement may be terminated.

17. Term and Termination: Participation in the affiliate marketing program is voluntary and can be terminated by either party at any time. Holistic Horizon School of Complementary and Alternative Medicine reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program if they violate any of the program policies or engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
